Colonel Jim Adamson

Nasa Jim Adamson

Born in Warsaw, NY, Jim has over four decades of experience as a NASA astronaut (334 hours in space), test pilot, US Army Colonel, professional engineer, and chief executive including the Operations Panel Chairman of the Return to Flight Task Force for the Space Shuttle after the Columbia accident in 2003. He continues to be active as a consultant for the aerospace industry and is on the NASA Advisory Council for the NASA Administrator.

Jim Adamson was inducted to the Army Aviation Hall of Fame in 2007.
